Pck is a software dedicated to the detection and caracterisation of pockets in proteins. It is developped and maintained by Pr J.M.Wurtz and Benjamin Schwarz in the context of his PhD master thesis.
Pck is divided in two modules : Visualisation and manipulation are done in the VMD[Humphrey96] visualisation software through a VMD tcl plugin. This plugin can be installed quickily and easily, and works on any platform. For most of computations it relies on a detection software server that we host at IGBMC. You can fasten communications by installing this detection software on your computer, provided you have a linux enabled machine.
